If you are new or if you don't have any site, it is very good for you ^^ they accept any link even the site not owned by you, as Adfly does not require user to press the go button(if Linkvertise there is a bot means user must press the checkbox before visit your site), you can just earn by show the ads(cpm), I suggest try to write or make something that which people might like(ex: attractive story etc) and don't place a lot banner because the one might feel annoyed as so many banner and don't copy content from other people as it is scam and shame to do it.
